Job summary

McDonald's in Rockland, ME is seeking a shift supervisor/restaurant manager to oversee weekly shifts, lead crew, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will train new team members, monitor inventory and safety, and strive to meet targets for quality and profitability during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and upcoming Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
