Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems like training, food safety, and inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures excellent customer service, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes service areas.
The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees quality, safety, and efficiency in food preparation, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager focuses on hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling, and motivating staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality, is preferred. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment. You must be 18+ to be a manager in our corporate restaurants.
