Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures excellent customer experience, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes service areas for optimal performance.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures food quality, safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items.
The People Department Manager focuses on hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling, and motivating staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality, is preferred. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for fast-paced environments, and the ability to be 18 or older to manage in our corporate restaurants.
