HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to evaluate patient respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans. You will operate acute care ventilators and administer routine and complex therapies for patients of all ages.

The role requires FL licensure as a CRT, BLS and within 6 months ACLS, PALS, and NRP, with flexibility for hands-on and collaborative team work in a large hospital setting.

Competenze

• Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate Degree); Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS, PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling and moving equipment

Mansioni

• Evaluate the respiratory needs of patients and develop a respiratory care plan
• Set up/administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
• Operate acute care ventilators for short and long-term ventilation as needed
• Maintain accurate department and hospital records and enter data into the hospital computer
