Job summary

Heritage Valley is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site position at Baden Area Healthcare in Kentucky. Teams with physicians to assess, plan, and provide patient care. Mon-Fri, no weekends or holidays.

CRNP applicants must have NP program graduation and state RN license; PA applicants must have PA program graduation and NCCPA certification. CPR and HR-106 clearances within 90 days are required; ACLS preferred for prior office

Qualifications

• CRNP must have graduation from an accredited nursing program and NP credentialing.
• PA must graduate from an accredited PA program and be NCCPA certified.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Three years professional nursing experience in a clinical setting. Possession of a State Registered Nurse License. Possession of Nurse Practitioner State License.

Physician Assistant - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Certification from the National Commission on Certifications of Physician’s Assistants.

Requires CPR certification and successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

Previous office or clinical experience, ACLS certification.
