Job summary

Heritage-Valley-Health-System is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Primary Care at our Beaver Falls location. This full-time on-site role involves collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, and deliver patient care in a busy practice.

Work hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends. Candidates should have NP or PA certification, CPR, and be capable of completing required clearances within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with graduation from an accredited NP program and state NP license.
• Three years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• State RN license and NP license.
• Physician Assistant with graduation from an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• CPR certification and successful completion of required clearances within 90 days.

Description

Office Location: HVMG FP Grieco, Chippewa Township, PA 15010
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, potential of 4 - 10 hour shifts. No weekends or holidays.

Provides assistance and support to physicians and other medical providers in assessing, planning, and providing patient care.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Three years professional nursing experience in a clinical setting. Possession of a State Registered Nurse License. Possession of Nurse Practitioner State License.
• Physician Assistant - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Certification from the National Commission on Certifications of Physician’s Assistants.
• Requires CPR certification and successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

• Previous office or clinical experience, ACLS certification.
