Job summary

Sora Resource Group invites a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our partner department in Rutland, Vermont. This full-time role offers a collaborative supervision model with physician support and a focus on safe, high-quality anesthesia care across all modalities.

You will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, and lead post-anesthesia recovery with effective pain management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
