Job Overview

Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) aims to become Georgia's largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider, offering clinical, surgical, and imaging services. We seek self-motivated CRNAs for part-time and full-time roles who are passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia, including Propofol, for surgical patients.
• Ensure patient comfort during injection procedures.
• Collect, interpret, and document routine pre- and post-operative patient data.
• Monitor patients' physiological and pharmacological status.
• Establish multi-parameter monitoring before, during, and after anesthesia.
• Perform initial cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in emergencies or as directed by a physician.
• Follow all protocols and attention to detail in patient care and management.
• Adapt to a dynamic organization and navigate change effectively.
• This role requires travel to Newnan, Conyers, and Stockbridge.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Board certified as a CRNA.
• Active practice license in Georgia.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Personable and confident in patient interactions.
• Experience in pain management or related fields preferred.
• Must be willing to commute to assigned clinic locations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $200,000+ for full-time W2 CRNAs; 1099 applicants are also welcome.
