Location and Schedule

Located in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no hospital on-call.

Our Mission

We aim to provide comprehensive care for degenerative and injury-related spine conditions. Our approach emphasizes conservative treatments, resorting to surgery only after exhausting non-invasive options. Our advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques are performed in an outpatient AAAASF credentialed ASC, prioritizing patient care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Fellowship Trained Physiatrist (PM&R) or Anesthesiologist, board certified, with at least five years of experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient-centered, and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic and spine conditions, including comprehensive physical exams and development of care plans.
  2. Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
  3. Perform interventional pain procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, discograms, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, trigger point injections, ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided procedures, PRP, Stem Cell therapy, Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials, Medial Branch Blocks, nerve conduction studies, and EMG/NCV (extremely helpful but not required).
  4. Educate patients on their conditions, progress, maintenance, and prevention.
  5. Complete administrative work related to patient care.
  6. Communicate effectively with medical team members and other healthcare professionals.
  7. Work collaboratively within a fast-growing, busy environment.
  8. Apply and adapt principles, methods, and techniques for ongoing patient care.
  9. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and self-motivation.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current Georgia medical license.
  • Board certification in relevant specialty.
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Minimum five years of outpatient orthopedics, interventional radiology, or PM&R experience preferred.
