StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a large Anesthesia group to recruit additional CRNAs for their team in Albuquerque, NM.

You will enjoy the autonomy of working independently alongside anesthesiologists, practicing as part of a collaborative anesthesiology team.

Perks and Benefits:

• Aggressive compensation plan: total compensation ranging between $300k to $400k
• $40k sign-on bonus

• Independent Contractor (1099) status

Practice Highlights / Qualifications:

• Independent, full-scope practice
• Team of 7 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs
• Variety of cases with no trauma, open hearts, thoracic, or OB
• CRNAs independently perform pre-op assessments, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
• Physicians are willing to mentor for blocks and lines
• Good quality of life with a diluted call pool:
• Approximately 3 weekday calls per month
• Approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks (only 8-9 weekends per year)
• Only 1 holiday per year
• CRNAs do not respond to codes or airway emergencies in ICU or ER
