StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a large Anesthesia group to assist in recruiting additional CRNAs to join their team in Southern New Mexico. Located in New Mexico's second largest city, this position offers a variety of amenities and a short 10-mile drive to scenic mountain ranges on the outskirts of town. Join this growing team and enjoy an autonomous practice setting, working independently alongside anesthesiologists as part of a collaborative anesthesiology team.

Practice Highlights & Qualifications

• Independent, full-scope practice
• Team of 5 anesthesiologists and 17 CRNAs
• Diverse case variety, excluding heads
• CRNAs independently handle pre-op assessments, anesthesia, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
• Work-life balance with a diluted call schedule:
  • Approximately 1 week every 10 weeks (about 5-6 weeks per year)
  • Approximately 1 weekend every 7 weeks (about 7-8 weekends per year)
  • Only 1 holiday per year
• Collaborative work environment that values CRNA contributions
