Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based treatment team. You will provide 1-1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting families in implementing plans.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Support physical activities during sessions and ensure safety.
