Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our treating team in a center-based setting. You will provide 1-1 specialized ABA services under BCBA supervision to children with autism, ages birth to 21, and help collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others.
