Job summary

Domino’s Prep Cooks support food safety and proper product handling to create a perfect meal. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, ensuring items are ready for line cooks, organized, dated, and rotated.

The role requires effective communication, time management, and adherence to food safety procedures. Candidates must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 pounds, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receive truck deliveries and inspect products for damage or missing items.
• Date, rotate, and store products on the day of delivery.
• Pull data each day for prep needs up to 48 hours ahead.
• Prep products according to Domino's standards.
• Proof dough for 24 hours, date, and recool as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures for prep items and units.
