Domino's Prep Cooks are essential for food safety and efficient operation in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, rotate, and store products, assist line cooks, and ensure everything needed is ready on time. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

Candidates should have basic restaurant experience, strong time management, and the ability to stand for long shifts while lifting up to 30 pounds. Training is provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receive truck deliveries, check in products, and inspect for damage or shortages.
• Date, rotate, and store all products from deliveries on the day received.
• Pull data daily for prepping needs for a 48 hour period.
• Prepare products according to Domino's standards.
• Proof dough for 24 hours, date, and re-cool as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures of products while prepping.
• Check temperatures of all refrigeration units.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
