Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, insurance billing, labeling, and storage tasks.
• Handle new prescriptions and refill requests under pharmacist supervision; contact doctors when needed.
• Maintain patient information and confidentiality per HIPAA and store policies.
• Stock supplies, log invoices, and manage cash transactions; assist in other store areas as needed.
• Administer vaccines where permitted by law and ensure proper certification.
