Job summary

VHC Health is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the Outpatient Pharmacy. The role supports licensed pharmacists in medication preparation, assists customers, and handles clerical tasks, phone coverage, shelf stocking, and cash register operations.

Preferred candidates have at least one year of outpatient/retail pharmacy experience, and a Virginia-licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician credential is required. Base benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year outpatient/retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties, answers telephones, stocks shelves, and operates cash register.
