Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Process medication refill requests and prior authorizations accurately through the EMR.
• Assist patients with enrollment in pharmaceutical assistance programs.
• Track, monitor, and manage on-site medication samples.
• Build strong working relationships with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Respond to pharmacy inquiries regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication interactions.
• Handle patient calls related to medication questions, concerns, and provider messages.
• Support physicians and office managers with administrative tasks as needed.
