Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our nationwide pharmacy operations. The role blends on-the-road kiosk support with in-pharmacy duties, including preparing orders for customer shipments and ensuring accurate dispensing with supervision.

You will drive between Pharmacy locations and Kiosk sites, refill and maintain kiosks, assist pharmacists, and help manage inventory. A valid technician license, national certification, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of computer and web-based tools experience.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand English labeling on product cartons and prescription labels.
• Clean driving record that passes MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations using company vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, paper, and maintain machines.
• Prepare inventory shipments for kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by state board.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Work with leadership to ensure correct medications are in orders.
• Operate machinery for pre-sorting and packaging medications.
• Count and label prescription vials and prepare shipments.
