Job summary

Amazon PillPack, LLC is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy operations, offering a blend of on-the-road independence and in-pharmacy teamwork. You will drive to kiosk locations, refill kiosks, and assist pharmacists with dispensing while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

The role requires an active technician license, national certification, 21+ years old, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of working with computer and web based tools experience.
• Valid and active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels.
• Clean driving record that passes Amazon’s MVR Checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations with company vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, paper, clean machine, and collect discarded inventory for return.
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Work daily with Leadership to ensure correct medications are in the correct orders.
• Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
• Transition orders through workflow stages from initial dispense to quality control.
