A leading healthcare organization seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and ensure optimal patient care through effective medication preparation and administrative tasks. The role involves customer interaction, patient onboarding, and financial assistance facilitation, contributing to the wellbeing of members in a remote setting with occasional onsite training.
The Disease Management Technician will:
Enter critical patient information into ScriptMed system, including but not limited to insurance information, medication profile, drug allergies, etc.
Communicate and interact with fellow team members to meet department goals.
Welcome new members to the pharmacy and provide a positive on boarding experience.
Ensure patients receive their medication both timely and accurately.
Facilitate patients in receiving financial assistance.
Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE: M-F 11:30am - 8pm Eastern

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
