Position Overview

We are hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians for a premium medical client that speak bilingual English and Spanish. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role requiring candidates to be licensed and residing in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient information and check clinical criteria for approval recommendations.
• Ensurecompliance with company utilization management policies.
• Supportintake call volume and order entry tasks.
• Handle pended claims and escalate medical exceptions when necessary.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with physicians, staff, and pharmacies.
• Perform other pharmacy-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Residence in one of the above states.
• Speak fluent English and Spanish.
• University degree (preferred but not required).
• 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain or customer service (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Either already working as freelance or looking to become freelance.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable broadband internet with a LAN connection.
• Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.
• Minimum 4GB RAM, 10GB storage, and a USB-wired headset.
• Training Rate: $18/hour for the training period (5 weeks).
• Post-Training Rate: $20/hour.
• Flexible hours (30–40 hours per week).
