Insight Global is seeking a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a healthcare startup client on a 6-month contract-to-permanent basis. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:

1. Making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms.
2. Obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-related issues, and engaging with patients.
3. Responding to inbound customer support requests, preparing and mailing letters, and other duties as assigned.

All team members are expected to communicate effectively, maintain cooperative relationships, accept feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to ensure quality customer service and patient care.
