MTK Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract assignment at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

The position supports pharmacists with filling prescriptions, updating patient profiles, and maintaining inventory in a hospital outpatient setting. Colorado certification (DORA) and 2 years of retail pharmacy experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician Certification (DORA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of prescription processing and retail pharmacy operations.
• Resume, Colorado Pharmacy Technician Certification, and Skills Sheet required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions.

Position Details

• Position: Pharmacy Technician - Retail/Outpatient
• Facility: Valley View Hospital
• Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• Assignment: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours/week with Saturday rotation
• Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours/week
• EMR: Meditech
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Call: No call
