Job summary

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fast-paced backend fulfillment environment. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the accurate filling, packing, and shipping of prescriptions. This is an active, production-focused position where maintaining standard rates is key to ensuring our patients receive their medications safely and on time.

salary: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

work hours: Monday-Thursday 2:15pm-11:15pm Friday 1:30pm-8:00pm

education: High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently fill prescription orders (RXs) in a high-volume setting.
• Pack and ship processed prescriptions, ensuring all items are securely prepared for transit.
• Consistently meet and maintain standard production rates and daily metrics within a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize basic computer systems to track, log, and process medication orders.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required, specifically including at least one (1) year of verifiable experience filling prescriptions.
• Education: A verifiable High School diploma or GED is strictly required.
• Technical Skills: Average to proficient computer skills are required to navigate our pharmacy management and shipping software.
