Job summary

Randstad is seeking motivated Pharmacy Technicians for a high-volume central fill pharmacy onsite in Plainfield, IN. You will work with pharmacists and shipping coordinators to maintain production and throughput goals for shipping prescriptions.

The contract role offers shifts from 5:45a to 4:15p or 4p to 2:30a, with a pay range of $20–$27 per hour. Requires Indiana and Minnesota licensure and a High School Diploma, with PTCB preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Indiana and Minnesota.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for 10 hours per shift.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Replenish medications into cells for automated dispensing stations.
• Manually fill, process, and package prescriptions.
• Stock and organize packages up to 50 lbs onto racks and shelves.
• Safely lift, stack, and move pallets of major inventory throughout the facility.
• Maintain high production standards to meet daily fulfillment and shipping goals.
• Perform tasks requiring long periods of standing, walking, and repetitive hand movement.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join a high-volume, fast-paced central fill pharmacy and production environment. In this onsite role, you will work alongside pharmacists, shipping coordinators, and management to maintain production levels and ensure throughput goals are achieved for shipping completed prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold active Pharmacy Technician licenses in both Indiana and Minnesota prior to starting. (Note: Minnesota licensing fees will be reimbursed for eligible candidates).
• Physical Ability: Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs., maneuver pallets, and stand/walk for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Screening: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to the start date.

Skills

• Certification: PTCB Certification is highly preferred and qualifies for a higher starting pay rate.
• Experience: Prior experience in a central fill, PillPack, specialty/mail-order pharmacy, or shipping department.
• Background: A stable job history with previous warehouse, production, or retail experience.
