Responsibilities

Engage customers and patients to assist with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
Open and close the store in absence of management; handle cash and start-up procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and pricing; ensure signage and local regulatory compliance.
Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing and patient information entry.
Support Pharmacy Manager and staff in scheduling and workflow management.
