Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED at hire.
• 6 months compounding of IV medications.
• AZ Pharmacy Technician certification (ECPT or PTCB) at hire.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician at hire (AZ license)

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications following policies and regulations.
• Performs clerical tasks in support of daily department operations.
• Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels.
• Operates automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in quality assurance programs and maintains documentation.
• IV admixture preparation training with required documentation and safety standards.
