• Certification as Pharmacy Technician with AZ licensure.
• IV medication compounding experience (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks in support of the department.
• Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels.
• Operates and maintains automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in department quality assurance programs and maintains QA documentation.
• Trained in IV admixture preparation with regulatory compliance.
