Life Time is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong client relationships and delivering educational and supportive experiences. You will design comprehensive training programs, monitor sessions for safety, and drive client engagement through assessments and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Monitors clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Stays current on certifications and trends in the industry.
• Delivers superior customer service to ensure client confidence and connection.
