Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide on-floor assistance, safety education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and maintain credentials.
