Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives through education, relationship-building, and the Life Time brand standards. You will design personalized training programs, conduct fitness consultations, and provide on-floor support to ensure safety and motivation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to plan and customize training programs for individual clients.
• Commitment to ongoing education and keeping certifications up to date.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
