You will design and supervise workouts, conduct consultations, promote training services, and ensure safety on the fitness floor while maintaining up-to-date credentials. This role emphasizes client education, motivation, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors clients during sessions on proper use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screenings and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance, education, safety, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Keeps credentials current and advances through levels.
