Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1 year of personal training experience.
Certified personal Trainer credential is required.
CPR and AED certification is required.
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
Able to perform an aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Instructs clients during sessions on proper use of equipment.
Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
Documents client programming and maintains accurate records.
