Life Time, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ seeks a dedicated Personal Trainer to guide members toward healthier lives through personalized programs and education.

You will assess client goals, design safe workouts, provide on-floor coaching, and promote training services while delivering outstanding member service.

Candidates must hold a CPT and CPR/AED, have 1 year of experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role offers a commission-based pay plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer; CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for training sessions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Develops safe, professional client programs driving goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on cardio, flexibility and strength training.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Maintains certifications and stays current with industry trends.
