Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on proper use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Maintains client documentation and stays current on credentials and continuing education.
