Life Time, Inc. is seeking Personal Trainers to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an educational, positive member experience aligned with the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities include developing client programs, conducting consultations, and promoting training services while meeting safety standards and maintaining certifications. Excellent customer service and ongoing education are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer required.
• CPR and AED Certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Instructs clients on safe/effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients (pre-participation screening, history, lifestyle questionnaire, goals).
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
