Qualifications

• Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred).
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are required.
• Ability to instruct and educate clients on exercise physiology and proper lifting techniques.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to communicate positively with members and staff.
• Willingness to be trained on FITWORKS systems and processes.
• Familiarity with CMS/CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm client sessions.
• Educate and enforce safety policies for equipment.
• Walk the fitness floor to assist members.
• Set up member engagement and education displays.
• Attend monthly Personal Trainer staff meetings.
• Provide feedback for department growth.
