Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering engaging, educational sessions and personalized fitness plans. You will build relationships, promote programs, and ensure safety and quality of service on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities include creating client programs, supervising sessions, conducting consultations, maintaining certifications, and documenting progress while delivering superior customer service to all members.

Qualificações

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Implements all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance within the program.
