Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to help members achieve healthier lives by building relationships and delivering education-focused guidance. You’ll develop individualized programs, conduct consultations, supervise sessions, and promote training services while documenting progress and staying current with certifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, and CPR/AED certification; a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance in the levels program.
