Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for a class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals.
• Instruct clients during sessions on cardio, flexibility, and strength training.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and safety education.
• Promote and sell personal training programs.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
