Mayo Clinic is seeking a Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) to support surgeons across multiple specialties in a high-volume perioperative environment. The CSA demonstrates suturing skill, proper use of instruments, and correct patient positioning while maintaining aseptic technique.

Qualified candidates have completed a Surgical Assistant program and hold NSAA/CSFA or NBSTSA certification, with recent OR experience and BLS valid through start date.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Surgical Assistant program; NSAA CSFA or NBSTSA CSFA certification.
• Recent operating room experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the surgeon during procedures and anticipate needs.
• Maintain aseptic technique and perioperative policies.
• Work in a multi-specialty perioperative setting across multiple surgical areas.
