20 - EXOS Works, LLC is seeking a dedicated Performance Coach in San Diego to join our corporate wellness team. In this role, you will lead group exercise classes, conduct fitness assessments, and provide individualized training to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, along with current certifications in Personal Training and CPR/AED/First Aid. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from an accredited association required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
