Job summary

A recovery support organization in Washington is seeking a Peer Support Specialist I to provide support and recovery training to individuals. The ideal candidate will engage in meaningful partnerships, assist with recovery and life skills, and advocate for individual rights. A high school diploma plus successful completion of Peer Employment Training is required. Competitive pay at $21.00 - $22.00/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.
• Lived experience requiring mental health and/or substance use services is necessary.
• Must pass de-escalation training per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to individuals on their recovery journey.
• Complete clinical documentation as required.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to arrange necessary services.
