Job summary

Lenape Valley Foundation in Bristol, PA, seeks a Certified Peer Support Specialist for The Lodge, a Lower Bucks County Adult Crisis Residential Program. You will use lived experience to support guests through mental health crises and recovery.

This is a 9-to-5 role with weekday and weekend shifts; in-person work required; comprehensive benefits, paid training, and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pennsylvania Approved Peer Specialist Certification required.
• Ability to work in-person.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual peer services to residents of The Lodge.
• Collaborate with the team to support recovery, symptom management, and life satisfaction.
• Document assessments, recovery plans, progress notes, and service completion plans.
• Maintain peer support certification through continuing education.
• Promote a team culture that respects each guest’s perspective and preferences.
