Job summary

Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Crisis Residential Program in Bristol, PA. The role is part-time, with Saturday and Sunday 7am–3pm shifts, providing medical evaluations, symptom management, therapy, and crisis de-escalation.

The successful candidate will hold an active PA RN license, have at least 3 years in psychiatric/behavioral health settings, and be familiar with EHR systems to document care accurately. Great onboarding and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience.
• Experience with crisis services and psychotropic medications.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations within 24 hours of admission.
• Monitor and manage psychiatric and medical symptoms and medications.
• Provide therapeutic support and de-escalation during crises.
• Coordinate care with medical providers, families, and support systems.
• Educate clients on physical and mental health conditions.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and care coordination activities.
• Maintain vigilance to ensure resident safety.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and therapeutic support in a dynamic and enriching setting. We currently have part-time hours available, Saturday and Sunday from 7am - 3pm

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or multistate compact license)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with crisis services and psychotropic medications
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
