Qualifications

• Requires at least a bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience or a Master’s degree with related experience.
• Experience working with mental health, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or substance use recovery is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills to support person-centered recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential peer support services to clients in the community.
• Promote self-determination and decision-making in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate recovery goals into care.
• Advocate for clients and assist with connecting to community resources.
