Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental illness or substance use disorder and current recovery.
• High school diploma or GED with at least five years life experience in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Participates with the ACT team in comprehensive clinical assessments and crisis consultations.
• Provides consumer education, advocacy, and self-help/WRAP planning.
• Offers crisis support, housing, education, and employment assistance.
• Engages in daily interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings.
• Completes required documentation and participates in supervision.
• Supports ongoing outreach to address service needs.
