You will be a member of the residential services team, with lived experience of behavioral health services, guiding others through recovery and symptom management in collaboration with the clinical team.

This role emphasizes participant choice, role modeling of recovery skills, and partnership with peers and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of experience in working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Educated in recovery principles. Formal training in a state-approved peer support program preferred.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist with the State of Nebraska.
