Ideal candidates possess lived experience with substance use, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ethical guidelines and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with substance use and demonstrated sustained recovery.
• Willingness to obtain Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist.
• Understanding of recovery principles and harm reduction approaches.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate peer support groups and recovery-oriented workshops.
• Assist clients in setting and working toward recovery goals.
• Advocate for clients’ needs by collaborating with the clinical team.
